Five stars!! I will preface this by saying it’s a pretty long review, but we had a LOT of work done. I can’t speak highly enough of Kevin and his crew; they are consummate professionals, hardworking, and were extremely flexible with all aspects of the job.

The initial undertaking was to convert our screened-in porch to another bedroom/ bathroom, renovate/ remodel the existing bathroom, install HVAC and duct work throughout (2 floors), replace all the windows, and replace several interior and exterior doors. With all that also came the electrical work, plumbing work, and painting. During the process of the project, we added siding the entire house, creating an additional closet space, removing all the baseboard heating, prepping and painting additional rooms, and much more; there was not a room in our house the crew did not work in. The flexibility they provided was amazing, and the project still moved quickly considering all the work being done. The crew was always respectful and punctual, and the communication between them and us was great. All our questions were answered promptly and issues were addressed as we went.

I can’t think of a portion of construction-related tasks that were not performed during this project: demolition, floor and shower tiling, digging, cementing, painting, electrical, wiring, drywall, plumbing, siding removal and installation, exterior deck board replacement, interior insulation, hardware mounting, the list goes on.

At the end of each day the crew cleaned up thoroughly, made the project space livable, and most importantly, checked in with us and let us know what was accomplished and what the intentions were for the following day so we always knew what to expect. We felt very comfortable working with the crew early in the project and were constantly made aware of the timeline and progression of the job.

I would highly recommend this company. As a homeowner it’s scary to invite strangers into your home, and sacrifice your privacy and give them all your trust, but this crew never made us feel like we were in their way and worked with us to make us feel comfortable at all times. We are so happy with our home and how great the work is.
