We have hired Beaver Building & Remodeling for several projects at both our current and previous addresses. The projects have all varied in scope, from assorted minor repairs and improvements to full room renovations. We have been 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work every time!

At our last house, Beaver installed hardwood flooring in two bedrooms, designed and built an amazing full-wall custom entertainment cabinet with integrated fireplace in our living room and constructed two large closets along with a bench blanket chest in a master bedroom that originally had very limited closet storage.

In our current home, Beaver has converted one room (utilized by the previous owner as a "formal" dining room) into a luxurious home office / study, which includes double-paned glass doors for privacy and a gas fireplace. They've also installed all new woodwork in our dining room, and completely renovated our hall bath which upgraded a space that was functional, but small and dated, to one that feels more open, modern and essentially "spa-quality". In addition, they have tackled some "smaller" projects as well, from installing glass block basement windows to installing a tile backsplash as well as other plumbing and electrical work. We are currently working with Beaver to finalize plans for a major deck renovation project in the upcoming year.

Beaver Building's pricing for projects will likely not be the cheapest you will find; however, we have always found their estimates to be fair/competitive and based on the quality of work performed, justified in value. I will also say that regardless of the scope of the project, at the end of the work day they are extremely conscientious about not leaving a mess behind. I actually joked one day during our bathroom renovation -- a project that required completely gutting the room down to the studs -- that they were like ninjas that left no trace that they were even there the day the demolition was done. Not a speck of dust was left behind!

All in all, we are extremely pleased to have built an ongoing relationship with Beaver Building & Remodeling and would not hesitate to contract them again for any home renovation, remodeling or repair work that might come up in the future.
